  Product of poor quality, send it back for a refund. Poor communication by seller. Have not received refund yet.

  I'm sorry you were not happy with your belt. We are used to getting very positive responses on the quality so, we would be happy to replace free of charge and cover your return postage to ensure you are totally happy with your order. Our broadband has been down for four days which has meant we have been unable to respond on our normal daily basis to our orders/enquiries - so sorry that has been unavoidable but, is not usual. All orders are refunded upon receipt - please allow postage and processing time before your refund is processed ( 3-5 days depending on post around Christmas which is often a few days later). Hope that helps and please do request a replacement in the meantime we will look out for your belt in the post to issue a refund. We look forward to hearing from you. Best Wishes

  The sash belt ties were much too short; also I think the belt was a litle too widel The reason for the return was due to the lengtht of the ties.

  for a size 8-10 it seems to be a bit short to tie it, I guess I just sow on a button.Nice quality though and good price.

  The belt was fine but the envelope it arrived in was flimsy and was part open. I felt I was lucky that the goods hadn't fallen out.

  am keeping this for a christmas present I found the sizing very accurate. (small size 8-12)The leather is beautiful there was a small fault in the stitching but have corrected myself rather than send back as overall pleased with the product

  Again, poorly finished but I have kept the belt as I will use at some point.

  The quality of the product was good, but unfortunately it was too small. At a size 12 I don't consider i have a big waist but the belt was not long enough to go around my waist then tie as shown in the picture.
