  Ella James failed to deliver on the original date and therefore I wasn't able to use them for my baby's birthday party. They arrived one week later! And they didn't even answer my email or send me an update. Very poor customer service.

  We had a choice of companies when buying this product, and chose this one because of the delivery time. However they failed to turn up on time, and they gave us incorrect information on a number of occasions which prevented us having enough time to get alternatives. Very disappointing and will not be using them again.
