A range of naturally coloured and flavoured premium gins - distilled in Glasgow

Ellis Gin is a range of Small Batch Premium gins distilled in Glasgow. The aim is to bring fun and colour to the gin market.

All gins are distilled at 40%ABV and are naturally coloured and flavoured

Ellis Gin was launched in October 2018 with two colour changing gins our No.2 Scottish Bramble and Butterfly Pea Gin. The range was extended in June 2019 when we introduced Ellis No.4 Pink Shimmer and during the first lockdown in 2020 we added our citrus addition - Ellis No.5 Lemon gin

All our gins are fab in cocktails – indeed we have a range of signature cocktails which we would be happy to share!!
