Beautiful, Personalised Golf Gifts
My name is Eleanor, the "EJ" of EJ Golf Gloves! Alongside my husband, Stephen, we have been running the company since 2021 aiming to bring high quality, personalised gifts for golfers at prices accessible to all.
Stephen was a professional golfer for 25 years and now plays for pleasure as often as he can! He brings his wealth of knowledge of the game to our business. My background is in finance having worked as a chartered accountant for nearly 15 years and I draw on my professional skills on a daily basis, plus it saves us a fortune in accountancy fees!
As our company name suggests, we started out primarily with golf gloves and spent a lot of time sourcing high quality gloves which we were able to sell at a more competitive price to our branded peers. We use one supplier for our gloves, both the ultra thin, soft Cabretta leather and the hardy all weather gloves which will see you through the Great British weather!
We quickly saw a gap in the market for turning these gloves into gifts by personalising them with the players' initials, we use a permanent heat press technology to ensure they are long-lasting and playable.
From Gloves to Gifts...
On the back of the immediate success of the personalised gloves, we researched other gift items for golfers and before long our portfolio of gifts grew and we invested in our (enormous!) piece of kit to personalise golf balls.
Stephen was very keen to make sure we used high quality base items, we want our gifts to be useable and to be used; the pitchmark repairers are great quality for repairing all your divots on the greens, our scorecard holders look great and fit all standard sized club sized cards and our personalised balls can be ordered in the brand your recipient would normally play with, meaning they can be taken out on the course to be played with, not sat on a shelf - what better incentive not to lose their ball!
We are very proud of how far we've come, but we're certain we're not done yet - there's always another idea in the pipeline, so watch this space!
