Our Organic Cold Pressed Avocado Oil is a vibrant emerald green that has a mild nutty taste with an aroma of freshly cut avocados. It is cholesterol free and low in saturated fats and is also a natural source of vitamins A, D and E. Due to its wonderful colour and texture it is perfect for drizzling over salads or round the edges of plates to give a high class finish to a dish. It also has the highest smoke point of any extra virgin oil so is equally versatile for use in roasting, stir frying, or barbequing.
Our Balsamic Vinegar of Modena has a complex acetous fragrance with a great balance of sweet and sour bolstered by a full bodied taste. It is produced in the territory of Modena and Reggio Emilia and aged in Barriques giving it a persistent, intense and delicate taste with woody notes. This vinegar is fantastic in salads or marinades, or equally served simply with olive oil and bread.
Our Organic Cold Pressed Sesame Seed Oil is made from unroasted sesame seeds which impart a nutty flavour that is not too overpowering. Due to it being produced by the cold press method from raw sesame seeds the taste of sesame seeds really comes through. It is high in Sesamol and Sesamin which are natural antioxidants renowned for their health benefits. Its high smoke point enables its use in frying, roasting and baking, whilst its mild flavour tastes wonderful in salads and dressings.
It will be delivered in a lovely presentation case and the dimensions of the stacker are 34cm tall with a diameter of 8.5cm and each sections holds 250ml.
