Our cold pressed English rapeseed oil is a light, golden coloured oil that has a mild nutty flavour and aroma. It contains Omega 3,6 and 9, as well as being high in vitamin E and having the lowest saturated fat content of any commonly available oil.
Due to its mild flavour and high smoke point it is ideally suited for frying, roasting and grilling. However it is equally suited to creating fabulous dressings or simply drizzled onto bread.
This oil is presented in one our our stunning Italian glass 500ml bottles and is elegantly sealed in wax.
