    Our Balsamic Vinegar of Modena has a complex acetous fragrance with a great balance of sweet and sour bolstered by a full bodied taste. It is a trusty favourite of the kitchen and will always have that 'wow' factor due to its amazing taste.

    It is perfect in salad dressings, marinades, or served simply with olive oil and bread.
