The item itself was lovely. Unfortunately, the item was never sent on the dates that the emails from not on the high street said it was dispatched and the original item never arrived. However, the company did send the item when I notified them that I was still waiting for it but this left me without a gift on the date that we were visiting our friends who had recently had their baby. Embarassing!

17 Jan 2012Smaller than expected. The measurements were ofcourse given but the photo used is deceptive and its the photo that sticks in your mind, not measurements. It does look lovely and the design is good but quality not as high as wished. You can tell that the personalised bit has just been printed so doesnt seem as bespoke as you imagine/expect for a personalised piece. And it took a long time to arrive considering the apparant ease with which it was made. PLUS the glass in the frame was half hanging out despite it having been wrapped etc so someone was obviously quite careless when packaging it.
