Card never made it, lost in the post they told me. I got a very prompt refund but that's not really the point it was for my daughters birthday, her 30th.

The tag is nice but the ribbon bow looked cheap and the card needed to be thicker. When it arrived it was bent but I had no option but to give it as I hadn't bought another. Considering that it cost near ten pounds, it was not worth it. Good idea but needs to be a better quality

We always strive to produce our items to the highest quality and we are sorry that you feel this has not been achieved on this occasion. Organza ribbon is used on all our cards as it is necessary for the ribbon to fit through the small holes in the card and also to lie flat enough for the card to fit easily in the envelope. Unfortunately, it is a sad fact that some items are damaged in transit. We are always happy to replace items that are damaged in this way. The card used is quality greetings grade. However, we take on board your comments and will look into alternative card. If you have any further enquiries regarding this matter, please do contact us via your order enquiry.
