Magnesium-rich Epsom salt is known to ease pain and relieve inflammation, making it beneficial for regenerating sore muscles. Add two handfuls of salt to a warm bath and stir until dissolved. Soak in and relax for 20 minutes.
Variations
Positivity-boosting lemongrass and invigorating peppermint are lovingly hand-blended with magnesium-rich Epsom and pink Himalayan Salts, dried rose petals, lavender and chamomile flowers…because you deserve a special treat.
