About Us

Claire Hill Designs is a Welsh demi-fine jewellery brand creating responsibly-crafted, modern heirlooms inspired by hidden beauty.

After building up a loyal customer base across the world since 2016, Claire Hill Designs has now graduated to creating demi-fine jewellery. Frustrated by the cost as a customer to buy her own demi-fine pieces and determined to create jewellery with no harm to people and the planet, Claire set about creating new collections that she knew her customers would love.

From using sustainable materials like 100% recycled silver, lab-grown or ethically sourced gemstones and thick 2.5 micron gold vermeil plating as standard on every piece the quality shines through. Quality that means you can fall deeply in love with your jewellery and begin a lifelong relationship.

Each piece is created with wearability and versatility in mind. We don't believe our jewellery suits just one type or person. Jewellery can be a gift, a symbol, a talisman that evokes feelings deeper than just looking good. Our jewellery will be there to accompany you while you are living your life.

How it started

Proudly a female-founded independent jewellery brand.

In the beginning this business was a happy accident, born out of stress from a fast-paced life in TV production. Over the years, little by little, alongside family and an intense career, it’s grown. And then came lockdown and a global pandemic. The “steady” career hit pause.

With more time to devote to the business I set about taking everything I had learnt from selling to all my wonderful customers across the world, and improved every aspect.

From manufacturing to materials, process to packaging, I have worked non-stop to create jewellery collections that are part of the jewellery revolution that wants to create beloved treasures that cause no harm to the people or the planet. This is an ongoing jewellery to create guilt free jewellery you'll love.

Because I know when I fall in love with a piece of jewellery I want it to last - not fade, to be worn - not left in a drawer, to become part of my life. So every item from my demi-fine collection is created with this in mind.
