  the pattern had stuck to the inside of the box which has spolied the chocloates as they were a gift.

  I'd like an option to rate between good and poor. The chocolate letters were beautiful but I had expected them in a gift box so was left to work out my own way of presenting them as part of the Christmas gift. That they come unpackaged may be made very clear on the website and could easily be my mistake in which case perhaps it could be made more obvious. I would definitely have paid for a presentation box - such beautiful chocolate deserves to be well presented! (ie - more effectively than my own efforts!) Postal packing was excellent however - arrived safe and secure.

  Chocholate was beautifully dcorated and taste divine shame only one package was delivered and I had to contact about the second package at a stressful enough time I didn't need addiotinal stressers, that said, the company got onto it apologised and sent the missing item.

  I did not think that the 4 letters ordered to spell the name Kiki matched very well - the designs on each letter did not work well together - in particular on one K the print was a dark red and hardly visable - I called to ask for them to be changed but was told they could not be returned - I was not happy with them and would not use them so returned them anyway - I am a chef and these were for my daughters birthday cake - not at all happy

  I was a touch dissapointed with the size of the individual chocolate blocks. The packing was beautiful and the product was excellent but the week before I had bought someone else the individual letters and I felt they were better value for money. They looked worth their money. However I really loved the idea!

  The picture of the product made out that it was much bigger than it was therefore I was dissapointed when I recieved the product and it was much smaller than imagined.

  I really liked the product itself though the final initial of a 6 letter name was half the size/thickness of the other letters which was somewhat disappointing. I ordered the chocolate as a gift for Christmas which meant there wasn't enough time for me to return the product / get a replacement. The product itself was lovely, though I would be reluctant to buy again because of the poor quality of the final letter. I would have expected closer attention to details for the price I paid.
