All our art is hand-made by us in our studio, therefore there is no time delay if you would like to order a framed & mounted print or a canvas over an unframed print. We don't out-source any of our production or framing so we can delivery really fast! A proof will be emailed to you to approve before your art is printed. We no not charge for changes. Each time you request a change, you will be emailed a new proof to check, free of charge.

Variations
The artwork comprises of the baby’s names, date of birth, weight at birth, place of birth and their star sign and character trait (this is optional).
If you would like to add any other special words and names, then please use the “additional words & names” box. You could add "little sister to Ben" to include siblings' names on the art, or "god daughter to Jill" to bring everyone together on one piece of art.
A proof will be emailed to you for your approval before the art is printed.

* Framed Prints: Printed onto high quality photo satin paper. This is then professionally mounted onto thick card to prevent the print buckling in the frame. Our medium frames come with clear acrylic, not glass, to prevent damage in transit Small frames come with glass. Frame is 3cm thick. Wall fixings are supplied. Composite frames come in 3 colours - wooden, white or black. No mount supplied/needed.
* Unframed Prints: Printed onto high quality photo satin paper, ready for you to frame yourself. They will be sent rolled in a postal tube. Unframed prints do not come framed.
* Canvases are heat sealed and hand stretched around a continuous wooden frame surrounding a hardback board. The heat sealing process ensures that the canvas is water and scratch resistant, improving the durability and providing added protection from general wear and tear. Our beautifully made canvases are 4cm in depth, creating a sturdy and solid piece of wall art. The sides of the canvas will be the same as the choice of background colour, ie, if you order a grey background, then the grey will be stretched around the sides too. Wall fixings are supplied.
If you are purchasing a print and framing it yourself and are using a mount, please make sure when you order the mount from your supplier that the mount aperture is slightly smaller than the finished size print. This is so that the mount can sit comfortably over the print and hold it in place so the print doesn’t fall through. We recommend the size of the mount aperture to be no less than 10mm smaller on each side than the print. If the print measures 595mm x 420mm then your mount aperture should be no bigger than 575mm x 400mm.

All products are sent tracked and will require a signature on delivery. We suggest that your delivery address is a location where someone will be able to sign for your item during normal business hours as we cannot be held liable for items returned to us due to you not being at home when the item is delivered.
Returns
You have 28 days, from receipt of cancellable goods, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: goods that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements, perishable products and personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken are non-refundable, unless faulty.
