The kurta was not dispatched on the day it was meant to be, and I contacted the company via notonthehighstreet to ask when I would receive it. I received the kurta before I got a response. If a delivery date is offered, it should be adhered to, and the company would make a better impression on the customer if they responded more quickly. I would order from Charlottes web again through notonthehighstreet, but I would be mindful of the timings and service.

I love notonthehighstreet's range of products but so many of the photos and descriptions for all the sellers are unclear. I gave this item as a gift but it was sheer luck that it was suitable. I live in France and like that I can buy on line for family and friends back home in the UK but I hesitate to buy more because I do not feel confident about what I am buying. Sizes vary and I need measurements and clear photos so I can make an informed choice. It is too expensive, protracted and tedious to have to send things back, especially when the item is a gift for a third party.I can't believe that I am the only person who feels like this.
