It is hung with a thin red satin ribbon.

The gift arrived on time and the service. website and ordering procedure was easy to use but the decoration was broken when I took it out of the packaging. I didn't have time to send it back and get another so I had to get an alternative somewhere else.

Chantal Devenport Designs's response:

I am so sorry your decoration was broken when it arrived. We always pack very carefully but unfortunately in your case it must have been broken in transit by Royal Mail. What a shame you did not contact us immediately. If you had contacted us immediately we would have been able to send you a replacement the same day for guaranteed delivery the next day. I am sorry you did not do that as we always try and offer the best customer service.

My sons initial is hanging with pride on my tree also make lovely presents for grannies with initials for the grandchildren.
