About me
Caroline Jane handmade soaps and bath bombs are natural, luxurious and perfumed with divine blends of essential oils. The perfect sustainable gift.
Hello and welcome to Caroline Jane, I'm based on the Cambridgeshire/Suffolk border on a beautiful working farm. My homewares and gifts business was founded in 2022 after I was diagnosed with an autoimmune disease and had to change the way I worked.
Leaving behind a freelance career in publishing where I was working as a copy-editor, writer and proofreader; I established Caroline Jane in order to suit my need for a more flexible working environment and to encompass my passion for interiors, décor and all things beautiful!
Customer service is at the core of my business and everything I do. I pride myself on providing the kind of exceptional personal support to my customers that only a small, independent company can.
I believe in always using the very best you can afford, seeking pleasure in the simplest of moments. I’m obsessive with detail and my aim is to provide you with outstanding, high-quality and beautifully designed luxury products and a wonderful service.
How it's made
Made with natural ingredients, essential oils, plant extracts and botanicals, my products are all vegan. None of my products have been tested on animals and because they contain no nasties, they’re also excellent for eczema and sensitive skin. My packaging is recyclable and plastic free and all of my products comply with current EU legislation.
My soaps are currently available in 10 fragrances and two sizes – a standard 100g soap bar and a small 30g guest bar. They’re also available as luxury gift boxes of 4 x 100g soaps or 10 x 30g soaps.
My bath bombs are available in 7 fragrances and a luxury gift box of 6 bath bombs. If you’re looking for a custom gift box with a mixture of soaps and bath bombs, this can happily be arranged.
A gift wrapping service is also available so that you can send your gift directly to your special someone. Each gift is beautifully wrapped in coordinating paper with a matching bow and gift tag with words of your choice.

Our Products
Delivery
Once I receive your order, it will be carefully wrapped and posted. All orders are packaged immediately and posted that day or at the latest, the next working day.
Please note that if you want to make a change to your order, I can only do this up to one hour after it has been placed.
All orders are dispatched Monday – Friday via Royal Mail second class post using a standard service with delivery dates provided being estimated and not guaranteed. There is the option to upgrade to special delivery (guaranteed next day before 1pm) at an additional cost if your delivery is urgent.
My gift boxes do not fit through standard letter boxes so please ensure that someone is available to take delivery. Caroline Jane cannot be held responsible for non-delivery if the recipient is unavailable at the attempted time of delivery, or if the supplied delivery address is incorrect. If the supplied address is incorrect, or if for any other reason the goods are returned to Caroline Jane, I reserve the right to make an additional shipping charge to re-send the order.
