Our super fluffy, frothy pettiskirts are made from oodles and oodles and yards and yards of soft tulle with ruffle edging - it is made for swirling and twirling in and dancing and fluttering about in - an essential skirt!
The tulle skirt is topped with super soft satin and matching bow and an elasticated waist.

Small: 2-4 years, 16' waist (unstretched), 9-10" - Long
Large: 4yrs - 8 yrs, 19" waist (unstretched), 12-13" - Long
