  Very efficient service provided by seller. She maintained contact and ensured we got our product ASAP. She was also v honest and refunded some of the postage charges as the cost of postage was lower than that charged by notonthehighstreet.

  £12 and my four and half year old daughter could have made a better job. Staples on show, stapled in the wrong position so the ribbon hangs awkwardly - very disappointed in this product and it's a shame because I would have bought more for girls' birthday presents.
