Made in Britain
Cheeky lines from the bard himself are printed onto these vintage book pages to create our Shakespeare quote prints, finished in black wooden frames.
They make great gifts for book lovers, and will be loved by teachers of English and Drama, too. Ranging from inspiring to humorous, each quote captures something unique and, printed on an original book page, maintains this personal quality just for you.
Each book page is framed in ethically sourced wood and then gift wrapped in a beautiful old road map.
The vintage pages used are slightly smaller than A5 and measure approximately 15.5 x 21.5cm (approx 6 x 8.5 inches).
There are several designs in my Shakespeare range. Choose from:
1 "Though she be but little, she is fierce."
2 "Follow your spirit, and upon this charge Cry, God for Harry, England, and Saint George!"
3 "Who ever loved that loved not at first sight?"
4 "All the world's a stage, and all the men and women merely players"
5 "to thine own self be true"
Sustainably-sourced wood and upcycled book pages.
The wooden block frames are handmade in Northamptonshire using wood sourced from sustainably managed forests. They stand up by themselves or hang flush to the wall, and look great on a bookshelf.
The frames are lightweight and contain no glass so you can feel the lovely old page. I hunt down the books in local charity shops and second hand book dealers.
You can choose to have your book page print(s) completely unframed. Please note the pages are delicate, small, and are not standard frame sizes so if you are going to frame them yourself you will most likely need to have a custom mount or mat made.
15.5 x 21.5cm (approx 6 x 8.5 inches)
There is approx 0.3cm of black frame showing around the page, and the frame is 3cm deep.
