Eco-friendly British seaside art printed onto a framed antique dictionary page.
The classic line "Oh I do like to be beside the seaside!" makes a lovely addition to a costal cottage, or can just remind you of the sea when you're not nearby.
The page is taken from an old medium school dictionary and measures approx 14cm x 20cm (approx 5.5 inches x 8 inches).
The lovely old book pages are framed in ethically sourced wood and gift wrapped in a beautiful old road map. The quotation is printed using a hand drawn font made exclusively for Bookishly, and the original book pages make each one unique.
The black wooden frames are handmade in Northamptonshire using wood sourced from sustainably managed forests. There’s no glass so you can feel the lovely old page. The frames stand up by themselves or hang flush to the wall. They look great stood on a bookshelf. The old books come from local charity shops and second hand book dealers.
approx 14cm x 20cm (approx 5.5 inches x 8 inches)
There is approx 0.3cm of black frame showing around the page, and the frame is 3cm deep. The dimensions of this design can vary very slightly depending on the dictionary I am using at the time.
