  The bracelet itself was beautiful unfortunately the chain made it no where near big enough to fit my friends wrist. They did offer my to make it bigger but i didn't have a big enough window timewise to get that done before my friends birthday! Fantastic to deal with v prompt.

  The bracelet itself is OK but the presentation box lets it down. As another reviewer says the top of the box is very hard to get off and the base of the box tore as I tried to open it to check before wrapping it up as a gift. I had to buy another presentation box for it.

I have heard of this happening to a couple of other boxes and it appears that the lid is becoming jammed when the parcel is in transit in the rigour of the postal system. I am really sorry to hear that this happened to your box too, and that you had the inconvenience of having to buy another.   The bracelet is beautiful and exactly what i was looking for however the gift box that it came in was of quite poor quality. The lid seemed to be too small for the bottom so it was extremely difficult to remove and it ripped in the end so I had to purchase another box for the bracelet before sending it as a birthday present to a friend.

  Bought as gift for friend's birthday. Lovely bracelet, unusual and elegant, the fact that you cannot buy it in shops is a plus as it is unique. Friend loved it and would definitely recommend.
