Our pure woven wild silk blankets have the luxurious look of a cashmere throw, with the healthiness of wild silk. Selection of the best wild cocoons and skilled manual operations make our blankets a creation of both nature and the true artisan.

They are finished with a matching pure silk edge, and can be monogrammed for a sophisticated French trousseau look. They are generously sized to allow comfortable tuck-in.

Our blankets are exceptionally breathable and totally hypo-allergenic for a healthy sleep all year long. Blanc Cocoon blankets have been endorsed by several leading eco-conscious interior designers.

Monogram option (£30):All our pure silk blankets can be monogrammed to your specifications in our workshop in Scotland. They make the most enchanting wedding presents.

We offer 3 styles of monograms (Elegant French, Traditional Edwardian and Medallion), 5 embroidery colours and 2 positions. Please note that the style "Medallion" is one single large initial in Elegant French lettering with an oval shape border.

- "Centre": the monogram is centred in the lower third of the blanket. It creates a stunning feature, especially if you choose a contrasting thread.

- "Corner": the monogram is embroidered in the corner of the blanket for a more traditional look that works very well when blanket is used as a throw. The monogram won't be seen if the blanket is tucked-in.

Price for up to 4 initials or 1 medallion with single initial. Please allow 10-28 days for monogrammed items.
