I bought this for a friend's birthday. The quality is excellent. I played around a bit to get the order of the people on the picture to my liking. It would be nice if there was a preview button on the site so that you could see exactly what your picture was going to look like. I ordered it just before the weekend and it was with me on Monday morning- that is impressive service! It came beautifully wrapped, however I wanted to check what it looked like so had to unwrap (again this is where a preview would come in handy). My friend loves it and it is hanging pride of place in her hall. I'm trying to persuade someone to buy me one now.

The poster was for a very close friend who was so moved she shed a tear when she opened it. The colours, everything were perfect for fitting in with her decor. Although I'd had a bird added to the poster to represent her budgie and it'd been a nice touch if the bird in a cage was hanging from above rather than sitting at floor level! The quality and colours etc were a very high quality and once finished it looked alot lot more expensive than it actually was!! All in all though the purchase was a perfect gift for my friend and she adored it! Thankyou for making a very special person to me very very happy.

My parents loved it but I found the height ranges of the figures limiting. It meant that 5 members of the family all came out at the same height, which they are not. If they were in 1 inch ranges rather than 3 inch ones, it would have been more accurate and you could identify who was who more easily.

A really novel idea. It looks awesome on our bathroom wall as the figures are traditional 'gents' and 'ladies' style. It was quite difficult to get a frame off the shelf for the exact size, had to cut the border a little.

The poster is lovely and my sister and her family were really pleased with their Christmas present. I was a bit disappointed that, although I had requested an extra hamster and had this confirmed by the maker, there was just the one hamster on the poster. I don't know if it wasn't possible to fit an extra one on, but it would have been good to know in advance if so. Otherwise perfect and a great unusual family gift.

Lovely colour (purple). Lovely quality. Bought a £8 frame from a high street shop and it looked beautiful. Was 4 weeks late arriving though so missed Christmas! The recipient was eventually thrilled.

Got a prompt response from the supplier to initial questions and was given plenty of opportunity to personalise and reply to different versions of the picture prepared. Would be good to see the full range of colours available for the print on the website to aid in choosing (it isn't easy to know what is the specific colour described by 'Forest').

I was expecting the product to be as described (A3). This size included a considerable border so didn't fit my mounted A3 frame. Also, I thought the product was expensive for what it is. Packing and presentation was very good though.

Poster was great quality - would have liked to have seen an image of my request once I had added all the characters to the family poster. As one or two heights not available on the male height range, my eldest son looks really tall on the poster. Would be great if a proof could be viewed prior to submitting payment.

Simple idea but they look great framed (good colour quality). One of those things you think you should be able to do yourself but would never get round to. Not sure the sizes were quite proportional but the kids'll grow anyway! Only gripe is shame you can't select breed of dog.... Thanks

I love these posters and have been waiting for a good reason to buy one! My brother loved it for his birthday, Funky, unique, arty and really striking printed on high quality thick photo paper, Only downside is strange size, couldn't get frame to match so had to trim half cm off each sidewhich didn't notice as different From too and bottom, and used clip frame. Cant wait to save up for a huge one for my wedding anniversary, fingers crossed they' re still going in september!

I have had this framed in a white border with a white frame and it looks even better. The framer also commented on the quality of the product and the overall look. Again, I am very happy with the product, it looks great and I am sure my wife will love it on Mothers Day.

To be completely honest we were extremely disappointed with the product. It was for a friend who had moved into a new house and having spent £25 on a piece of paper with printed pictures of people on it just looked embarrassing. I thought it would have at least come with a frame for that cost. I would have liked to have returned the item and spent it on something else for them but don't think that is possible.

I ordered without the frame which I couldn't afford and was slightly disappointed when received because it seemed quite plain. Arrived in plenty of timejust as ordered beautifully packaged. My husband is 6ft 6ins though so it was a shame we couldn't get a height that big for him and I am 5ft 6ins a fairly average size and that was not avilable as an option either. It wouldhave loked quite funny if we could have got our actual sizes bu apart from that we love the poster.

I bought 5 of these for various friends and family...everyone is delighted with them. Im sure they would sell even better if they came with a ready framed option...it was a bit of a pain buying frames separately for all the different sizes. A really excellent service though...thank you!

Probably one of the best gifts I have ever purchased being so unique. The medium sized poster is an ideal size and is produced on high quality paper. I chose the purple background featured on the website and purchased a frame from Ikea for under £20.00 (called 'Virserum' size 58cm x 78cm) and the finished product was stunning. A brilliant purchase overall.

The first delivery arrived without the product inside, a replacement arrived very quickly once the initial complaint was dealt with. However the actual poster wasn't as good as we had anticipated.

What a great idea! I just loved this the second I saw it. It did take a little while to arrive, but I guess the company did have to make it first, but I certainly wasn't disappointed. I love it and it will be displayed as soon as I can get a good frame for it.

I was really the pleased with the family poster which was for a gift which was really well received. My only slight gripe was that it is difficult to find a frame that is the right size to fit the poster in the shops - however eventually I managed it. Really lovely product which was delivered on time and in good condition.

The posters are excellent and really novel idea for families. The colours are vibrant and once framed make an excellent gift. I have received first class customer service from this company. Communication was fast, efficient and they have been more then helpful when I mis-spelt a surname for one of the posters I ordered. I would definitely recommend this product and this company.

The poster is quirky and unique, printed on good quality paper. If anything, I wish I'd have ordered it "framed" as I found myself having to pay more than £35 to get it done locally.

The original was not received so I contact the supplier who amazingly reproduced/delivered the new copy in 2-3 days! Only point I was disappointed with was colour of poster background - the colour was supposed to be a deep red but looked more of a rust colour. But otherwise pleased with it.

One print was perfect, the second one the paper had a few marks on it and did not seem worth the money, very disapointing for the money.

The poster was nice but it was slightly larger than the standard size of frame you can buy in most shops, i assume to try and force you buy there own frame - naughty when the poster is pricey enough.

I ordered the poster and it arrived quickly. I wasn't completely happy with the size of the children so I emailed them, (my fault). They were fantastic and agreed to change the sizes. They emailed me a preview of the poster which was extremely helpful, the new poster arrived quickly and I am really happy with it. I would ask for a preview of the poster before ordering again to avoid any mistakes. Excellent customer services and I would highly recommend them!!

The poster itself is excellent. Unfortunately there were mixed messages regarding the delivery time. Prior to ordering I was told that it would be after Christmas. I was then told it would be dispatched on November 14th and it then arrived on the 11th. Better communication about delivery dates would be useful.

Having ordered this poster as a birthday present for some friends of ours, we were slightly concerned that the suggested delivery date may have been too close to the required date. We need not have worried. One email later and the team behind the poster assured us it would be with us well before then. Lovely poster - it looks even better in 'real life'. Great vivid colour (we chose green) that makes it stand out and the A3 size is perfect for us as it's a gift and with such a bright colour we didn't want to make it "too much". Disappointed with the colours particularly the purple and all 4 posters came wrapped together in a tube. It does say on the wedsite that the posters are not framed but I expected them to be laid on cardboard and covered in celephane so that I could give as a gift. I had the added expense of buying frames to make them look like a more substantial gift. They need to be presented better and wrapped individually as it is unlikely that 4 families live at the same address!!!

We always take great care packaging the posters, and after trialling different ways we found that laying them on cardboard and sending them flat could not be delivered reliably and safely enough. In fact, by far the safest way is with tissue paper in the strong cardboard tubes, as was the case with yours. If you would like to present each of your gifts in a strong tube then we would be happy to provide additional tubes at no extra cost. Generally disappointed with it delivered in a roll and when I gave it (as a gift) there was a mark on it - very disappointing as I felt it was expensive for what was essentially a rolled up piece of paper! Could have done better on my own!

Nice idea but very expensive for what is essentially a medium quality poster.

Unique gift. Amazing colour (went for the blue). Couldn't fault the customer service I received. I put in request after request to change this and add that and the girls at 'a piece of' accomodated every one of them (Needed a fish tank and wanted a personalised line of text at the bottom) . I would thouroughly recommend this gift. I went for the 40 x 50cm medium size and ordered my frame from eframes (Nielson C2 matt silver) which works brilliantly with the poster. Will prob order one for my own family soon!

Our poster arrived quickly, and was as good as it looked in the brochure! We are over the moon with it and can't wait to have it framed to show it off! It was very well packaged as well.

The people were really helpfull with my enquiry and were able to change things to how i wanted the poster which was really good. Would be good if they offered the posters already framed.

It would have been better to be able to have seen a preview before hand to ensure the proportions were correct. But love it just the same. If I did it again I would have made my husband taller!

Pleased with item, but it would have been better if the receipt was not wrapped in with the poster as I then had to tear the wrapping to remove the receipt so it could be given as a gift. Also would be good to offer a framing option.

I love that it's possible to customise the posters; what would make it even better (even if it's a 'premium' price) is to be able to customise the message across the top - I am not married to my partner, so ended up (which worked fabulously) putting stickers on top of the word 'family' as my last name is not his name. He loved the whole thing (even though I got the order of our animals wrong in our ranking!). I will be back!

I love the poster. However I was disappointed when I opened the package and discovered I'd been sent the wrong one!!! I contacted the supplier who dealt with my complaint very quickly and without fuss. Very happy. Would use again, no problem.

Fantastic product. My husband was delighted in fathers day! Would have been v helpful to have dimensions of pictures on website to help me find a frame prior to delivery. Small size also seems to be difficult to find a ready made frame. Love it though.

I emailed after i place the order to ask for a fish tank to be added to the line-up, and I got an email to say that could be done, the poster that actually turned up didn't have one on. I can only assume it was dispatched so fast after I placed the order that my additional request didn't get there in time.
