  My item I bought was lost in the post, so disappointing at first, but quickly sorted when I complained. When she looked into it and realised what had happened it was sent out again immediately. Very happy with the overall service and pleased with my purchase. Looks good quality which Im pleased about as it's a present for my friend.

  I was very disappointed upon receipt. Although the item itself was just what I wanted, it came with a label attached saying "Outdoor use only". I had purchased for use indoors for a doughter who is very fond of candles. It was a great shame as it was exactly what I was looking for.
