  I think the discription of "Personalised New Baby Book is a slight misguidance. I received a a5 notepad with the baby's name and ours at the back. There was no information inside the book, just blank sheets. This wasnt what I expected it to be - I would have expected headings in the book related to a new baby.

  The description on the site does state that the book has plain paper pages, therefore supplying anything other than this is wrong. The pages are like this so that they can be written on, as well as for keepsakes, like a lock of hair, the band from the hospital, the 20 week scan etc can all be stuck in - it is a keepsake book, as well as a photo album. It is like this so you have the freedom to do what you wish inside the book.

  I would have selected neutral if there had been such an option as it is not that I dislike the book just that on receipt of the book I doubt I would consider it worth £14. It is nice but simply a paper back notebook with a couple of printed lines.

  The pastel polka dot which you selected is the 'neutral' choice. The dots are pink, blue, yellow, green and lilac; neither boy or girl biased. Therefore 'neutral'. The books are plain pages, with ring bound binding and a personalised cover which is how it is advertised, supplying anything other than this would have been incorrect. The £13(not £14) price tag is as low as we can possibly go, take off vat, commission and materials, and this doesn't leave an an awful lot left to produce a designed and manufactured personalised product in the uk.

  Quality of printing on front page is not too good. The printing seems poor quality, it's not sharp or clear enough. Disappointing.

Our print quality is of the highest standard we use archival papers, and a custom profile, with regular 6 month check ups to check colour and quality.   Excellent product and fantastic value for money. Wish I had gone for the A4 size instead of just A5 as it was so beautifully done. Ordered online the Sunday night, and received the book Tuesday - amazing service, would def recommend and use again.... Thank you!!

  I cannot rate this service highly enough. I ordered 2 books on the Saturday and received them on the Tuesday. They are wonderful, I would definately recommend that you send e-mail a picture, as it really adds to the end product.

  Very ordinary notebook with the picture of the baby in the front. I was expecting to be able to insert pictures easily into this book but this is just a book with blank pages. Not what I expected and will never shop on your website again.

  This is the second time i've ordered a photo book but the first time I request a photo to be included. Loved it and so did my friend. Lovely personalised gift and different from the usual new baby gifts. I have another 2 pregnant friends and I'm sure they'll be getting one too. Quick delivery and great communication with seller.

  The book is absolutely gorgeous, well worth the money. I got the extra pages too and the whole thing is just so professional and lovely. I chose not to have a picture on the front so that the mum could add a picture of the baby but even without the photo it looks complete. I'll definitely be buying another next time a friend is pregnant!

  Excellent purchase, delivered very quickly, pnly problem it was sent to the address given but with my name on the address not the recipent, sent an e-mail with the information, but there was nowhere on the ordering system to say it was being sent direct as a present.
