The seller could not have been more helpful. The teapot delivery date was set at a month but I needed it sooner and Ali sorted that out for me and tracked my delivery as I live in a challenging location. The seller answered my messages the same day and she was lovely. The teapot came very well packaged and looked even more beautiful in real life. I could not recommend the seller or the product more.
