Art inspired by African art and textile prints

Hi, I'm Tumi! I love to make vibrant prints which I make into home accessories and gifts. I use a variety of mediums but each design starts its life in my sketchbook as a hand drawn doodle. I created Alejo Mi to be your one-stop shop for African Inspired home decor and gifts, my art is inspired by vibrant African textile prints and art. My first Alejo Mi item was an African print Ceramic Coaster.

I now make these in an assortment of designs along with African Wall Art Prints, Mouse pads and other accessories. Each item is hand finished in my UK studio and I ship worldwide! They make a very unique interior design pieces and amazing gifts!

I started Alejo Mi initially as a part time 'gig', and a way for me to have a creative outlet to counteract my busy days stuck behind a computer screen. I now love that I am able to share that with you, and that when you too look at the coasters that they bring a smile to your face (even if your day is spent mostly behind a computer screen).

How your orders are wrapped?

How do I package your orders?

Each order of ceramic coasters will be carefully wrapped and posted to you in a cardboard box. I am happy to include a gift message should you wish the item to be sent directly to your recipient. Just let me know.

My art prints are carefully packaged in clear cellophane gift bag, gift wrapped in my tribal wrapping paper and sent to you in a 'do not bend' envelope.
