  Same comment for all these products - well produced and packaged. Tracking and information relating to delivery exact. BUT there was no picture of the product included so were confusing to give as a present without locating and including a image that I could obtain.

  Initially I had a problem putting up the wall lettering but the company supplied me with a replacement and very precise instructions on how to put it up. Their service was unbelievably good - in fact I would go so far as saying, I have never dealt with such a helpful company.

  I am not a negative person and rarely provide bad feedback but unfortunately i can not retract my comments from the above as the paint that came of the wall was the size of my small finger nail x3. This does not account for the remainder of the stencil that would not stick to the wall at all. I followed the instructions word for word and was trying to put it on a smooth wall with Matt paint that was professionally applied in the last week and the exactly the same surface as the other 2 stencils i have applied. So i still think its a reflection of the type of adhesive used on this product. Nice thought, lovely quote just a shame about the like of stickyness it has- would imagine this may have worked on a glossed surface though. I would be looking for a refund before a replacement.

  Hello, I am very sorry to hear of your difficulties and obvious problems. I'm sorry to say that when this kind of thing happens it is a property of the surface rather than the wall sticker itself. For the graphic not to stick and also for the paint to come away at the same time tells us that the paint was probably not cured to the wall correctly. I'm afraid that this can be for a number of reasons that are impossible for us to account for. Please rest assurend that it is not our intention to cause problems for our customers and we have a very high success rate. Unfortunately you have encountered a problem which is quite rare and extremely difficult for anyone to foresee. If you would like to give us some further details regarding the situation, we would be happy to give some advice and ship a replacement out to you free of charge.
