Originally the wrong shape was sent by mistake. However the company couldnt have been more eager to help me sending the correct item express delivery to ensure I had it for Christmas and promptly refunding me for the returned item plus postage. I was really impressed by the service and attitude of everyone I dealt with and feel they should be commended for it. The picture on the website made this look solid and much better quality than it is.(It is in fact hollow and quite delicate.) However it is still a nice item and does the job just not sure how long it will last!!

The notepad itself looks ok. But I was very disappointed with the dispatch and delivery. I ordered the notepad on 5 December and it was not dispatched until 13 December so I didn't get it until 19 December and it was too late for me to send it on to the person I had bought it for. The seller makes no mention that delivery would take so long.

Really poor quality. Cost £3 for delivery and over £3 to return it by registered post so it's cost me £6 for something that I'm not keeping. Also there was no invoice or delivery note with the product so i had to go to the trouble of creating one on Word so that the supplier knows who the return is from. I sent the supplier a message on Wednesday saying they should have the return by now and they haven't got back to me. Due to this poor experience I won't be using Notonthehighstreet again and I will be letting my friends and family know (via facebook) about the experience.

The quality was good but I have found it this week for sale in Marks and Spencer. I got it because it was unique and different and the person I bought it for would not have seen one before. Not on the High Street? I don't think so

It is great to be able to feedback - this is the 6th notepad I have bought for a gift and one for myself. I am glad you took on board the issue re pencil and now have wipe clean pens. I love the hearts but they are really too small for shopping lists, I thought they would be a little bigger - the pic is deceptive.

The product was good but the company, Addject Ltd were very very poor. I ordered 3 of these products on 15th October and they were not delivered until 15th December. Addject did not keep me updated with delivery or productions and responded, eventually, after I contacted them to chase delivery.

This item is supposed to come with a wipe clean pen, but with mine there was no pen in sight. As it arrived so late before christmas I had to give it as it was as I could not wait any longer for the pen to arrive. All in all I would say not a great experience!!!

I Ordered two Ceramic Notepads on the 24th November, thinking I would receive my order well in time for Christmas. When I still hadn't heard anything by the 15th December, I had to contact Addject. Only then did they bother to dispatch my order, which arrived at my doorstep only just in time for Christmas. This meant it took Addject just under a month to get my order to me from when I placed it. Not good!

I have already written to notonthehighstreet.com to let them know that I was unhappy with this purchase, the quality is poor, colour is different to that advertised and it looks like a second. I am still waiting for a resonse from the supplier but am so far not impressed with the time it has taken to get a response. I ordered 2 notepads & 1 love heart and actually received 2 notepads & a speech bubble.

Service was poor. Took excessive time to be delivered - was over advised time even before poor weather hit and then updates I requested were replied to with inaccurate information. Pen provided with pad was poor and tip snapped off it after one use.

This was a bad experience - on ordering I was told it would be available by 15 November - that came and went - and I eventually got it some time around Xmas about 22 Dec I believe - I had to email and ask where it was - nothing pro active from the vendor - and when received it was poorly made and had indent marks over the front of it - I didn't complain as I was fed up by then and just accepted it as sub standard

The person I gave it to as a gift said the pen that came with it didn't work on the pad and was going to have to buy one themselves so that they could use it.

took 6 weeks to arrive from mid november for christmas and quality not great . Lots of dimples and had to go out and buy chinograph pencils for it as it was a gift. Plus had to contact seller to ask where product was - blamed the snow before it had caused delays

When I finally received the item I was dissappointed with the placement if the pen, in the catalogue it looked as though the pen was an arrow sticking out of the top and bottom of the heart, when I received the item the pen just came out of the top which didn't look as good as it did in the catalouge.

Normally I would put excellent however for particular product it took a month to arrive then despite being adequately wrapped it was chipped therefore I just sent it back! It was disappointing as it was a gift and one I knew would be well received but due to Christmas approaching fast and the length it took to arrive I didn't risk reordering Jamie shepherd

The delivery time for the ceramic notepad was poor. I ordered the same item last year and waited at least a week before the company told me that they could not fulfill my order. This year, it again took well over a week for the order to be acknowledged by the supplier and the it took approximately a further three weeks to receive delivery. I was also given a date for delivery which was not met by the supplier and when the parcel did not arrive and I enquired about it, I received a breif email to say it had been dispatched, but no apology for the delay, or explanation. This is a criticism of the supplier of the product, not notonthehighstreet.com.

The two extra notepads I have ordered for presents look great, my own one has a china graph pencil which is not great - it works better with acetate pens and I'm glad to see improvements. However, my acetate pens won't fit the pen holder section - so I am always looking for a pen!!

The notepads were most disappointing - too small, crudely made and astonishingly poor value for money. They were intended as Christmas presents, But they were too embarrassing to give.

Product, though not bespoke or personalised, arrived almost 15 working days after order placed; object damaged on arrival (but was well-packaged, so damage couldn't have occurred in transit); supplier takes a long time to reply to enquiry emails and doesn't answer all questions; product has yet to be replaced, as new stock is coming in "next week" and has been since two weeks ago.

The idea is lovely and saves so much paper. However I could not get the pencil to work effectively and had to buy a separate pen which rubs off a little too easily.

Really like this item, although the pencil provided doesn't really write that well on it. I may well try to find a white board pen that works.

This is a splendid idea and I like having the pad in the kitchen on my work surface to jot down notes etc. My only criticism is the quality of the pencil provided ,It was poor and very scratchy, it did not write well on the surface and rendered the writing unreadable, luckily I had some quality china graph pencils of my own and so now use one of them.
