Who is behind the name I hear you ask? Let me tell you a little about us.

A few years ago we moved to West Sussex with our little duo, Felicity and Jocelyn and we love it here. Little duo is a small family run business and therefore is at the centre of our hearts.

The brand naturally was created and has evolved since the birth of our first daughter and we are so pleased that so many years on we can continue to bring quality products in to your lives.

Delivery

All products are packaged carefully for delivery and our changing mats arrive packaged and sealed in a protective outer bag.

Our standard delivery option is Royal Mail 1st Class Delivery.

Changing Mat delivery varies dependent on listing.

For express delivery please place your order before 11am for delivery by 1pm the following day, if you miss this cut off time your order will be dispatched the next working day.

Parcels are sent internationally by Royal Mail and are tracked and require a signature and the delivery aim for this service is 3-5 working days within Europe and 5-7 working days to the rest of the world but may vary.

Terms and Conditions

Personalised items cannot be refunded due to being made to order, therefore please ensure all spellings and wording is as you would like it to read as per printing at the time of purchase, as we will take the wording you have requested exactly.

Changing mats can only be returned if within original condition this includes the clear plastic sealed sleeve therefore entirely unused.
