Learn how to make your own garden swing and make an heirloom of the future... The perfect experience to share with your Father or Grandfather
I still remember that sunny afternoon in Norway, when my Grandfather showed me how to spleise rope…
Learning a new skill and experiencing the joy of creating something with your hands give you a sense of achievement like nothing else! It gives you confidence in your ability to tackle whatever life throws at you, which is good for your mental health whatever your age.
Sharing the experience creates wonderful memories too!
Learning ‘the ropes’ from my Grandfather, later formed the foundation of Oak & Rope and has in turn made me the most famous swing maker in the world. I so wish he knew what his legacy created and that the memories of him literally are with me every day.
You never know when your skills will come in handy or where they may lead you…
You can choose between two different size of swings. Make it with or without a pre-prepared engraving.
