Two simple yet decadant letterpress Christmas cards.
Christmas tree design in a contemporary style made from layers of tree branches. Hand finished with beautiful Swarovski crystals for an extra sparkle, designed by Jacky Al-Samarraie.
The cards have a lovely texture due to the traditional method of letterpress printing.
Letterpress was the every-day printing technique for five centuries, until more modern lithography took over.
Ink is applied to the surface of metal plate (which has a raised surface with a reverse image, like a rubber stamp) and the plate is pressed against paper to make an ‘impression.
Each card comes with a luxury envelope and is individually wrapped in a cello bag.
Cotton board made from waste fibres, manufactured in the Lake District.
Each card measures: 15 x 15 cm
