We are That’s Nice That and it's our job to make the things that are extra nice!

The company all started in a garden shed in Market Harborough. We grew tired of the draining 9-5 routine and set out to make life more enjoyable and to do something we loved! Thats when That's Nice That was born, it's more work most the time but its also more fun!

A lot has changed since our humble beginnings. We’ve since thankfully outgrown the shed and moved into our own premises, accompanied by our two dogs Grace & Flossy they're not much good for helping with orders but can sleep and eat dog biscuits like it's an olympic sport. Our objective is the same today, to create the things that are unusual, all of our products have been carefully designed and made by us right here in our Leicestershire studio.

All of our orders are carefully overseen by our two German Shepherds; Grace & Flossy.

Each of our orders are made and shipped by the designers themselves from our Leicestershire studio, we hold ourselves to the highest of standards to ensure all your purchases are perfect! We make sure that they pass the strict Grace & Flossy test, and its only when they are happy that we are happy!

Our priority is you, and we believe in keeping our lovely customers happy, which is why we create, make and choose only the finest quality products. If, however, there is a problem we are happy to say we offer a no quibble 28 day return policy on all our products.

We always strive to create original, exciting designs to make sure you have the perfect gift for any special occasion that's sure to be extra nice! If you see something you like but would like an added twist on the design let us know as we are more than happy to take requests!

Delivery

We aim to dispatch all orders from That's Nice That within 24 hours. Orders placed over the weekend or on a bank holiday will be sent out the next working day.

Standard Mainland UK Delivery - We send all small and medium sized packages via Royal Mail 2nd Class and large/heavy packages via Parcelforce Express 48. Dependent on the size/weight of your order please allow 2-3 working days for delivery, from the date the order was placed. If you are not in at the time of delivery, a calling card will be left explaining what to do next. Royal Mail and Parcelforce will then take your package to your nearest local postal depot where you can collect it at a time that’s convenient for you.

Tracked Express Delivery - all express packages are sent by Royal Mail Next Day and will arrive by 1pm the following working day, if ordered before 11am - otherwise please allow an extra working day for delivery.
