My dear Food connoisseur,
That Hungry Chef was born in 2011 as a means for me to ramble about restaurants, markets, food and drink whilst on my year’s sabbatical, travelling and eating around the world; it was an alter-ego that shared foodie experiences with other people through blogging. It wasn’t until 2013 when I met my future wife that I decided to leave behind the world of Michelin restaurants. That Hungry Chef turned into a brand, a blank canvas for my creative madness, in the form of artisanal food products. Influenced by my travels around the world, combined with an Indian heritage and experience in some of London’s favourite restaurant, these products are a way of sharing my stories with foodies all over the world. All the products are handmade to exacting standards using the finest British produce where available. After all, if I’m not addicted to them, I can’t expect you to be either!
I wish you the same gastronomic joy these wonderful jars have brought me and countless others, and hope to cook for you in the coming days, weeks or months.
