A selection box of 4 chocolate bars and cacao tea, carefully handcrafted in the UK from fairly traded Guatemalan cacao beans and Peruvian cacao butter.
Discover two milk chocolates, made with Guatemalan cacao beans from Monte Grande and Cahabon : respectively the Violet Amethyste, 44% milk chocolate & the Violet Manganèse, our lightest milk chocolate with 38% cacao. The Rouge Bourgogne is a white chocolate with Madagascar Vanilla, and the Ocre Jaune is a caramelised white chocolate which we grind with roasted cashew nuts, then sprinkled with sea salt during the moulding of the bar.
A bag of cacao tea, by-product from our micro batch chocolate production is also included in this box
