We’ve made it our mission to know everything there is to know about fruit – only ever buying in whole fresh produce when it’s in season, and squishing, pressing and juicing everything in-house at our Soda Works in East London.
Every Square Root drink is made by us, from fruit to bottle, with no shortcuts, no additives and no compromises. It isn’t the easiest, or the fastest, way to make soda, but we believe it’s the right way!

3 x Cola (275ml). Well, we wanted to create a delicious cola, like traditional cola sweets, with a much lower sugar content than the average can and a distinct rich character. We use freshly squeezed lemon & lime juice, raw cane sugar and organic essential oils to create our own complex, lip-smacking independent Cola. Ingredients: Carbonated Water, Cane Sugar, Lemon Juice, Lime Juice, Caramel, Organic Botanical Extracts, Acacia. 77 calories per 275ml Ring Pull Bottle.
3 x Ginger Beer (275ml). We press root ginger for a bright, clean taste and steep what’s left to release the natural spicy flavours. Then we add freshly squeezed lemon juice, and blend with four different types of dark and light sugars to give a complex and unique flavour. Ingredients: Carbonated Water, Ginger (10%), Sugar, Lemon Juice, Tartaric Acid.
3 x Lemonade Light and refreshing, Lemonade first became popular in Victorian London where the tradition of mixing lemon juice with sugar and water was brought over from Italy. You can’t beat a classic, but what we can do, as we always do, is keep the sugar content nice and low, and let the top quality Sicilian lemons do their lip puckering magic, in center stage. The trick is in sourcing really fresh & zesty lemon and squeezing the oil from rinds as we press them, and absolutely zero artificial additives. Bliss! It’s our classic Yorkshire Rhubarb Soda, handmade in East London in tasty, small batches.Grown using traditional methods, the rhubarb we use is intense, fragrant and earthy. This is a beautiful, refreshing soda which is one of our all-time most popular flavours, pure and unadulterated, with only just enough sugar to save you from a permanent sour pout.
