Delivery

Coronavirus Update - How May This Impact Your Delivery?

At this exceptional time, we are doing everything possible to support our customers and our people, so that we can minimise any disruption and continue to deliver the best possible customer experience.  We are pleased to confirm that we are currently fully operational and our order delivery service is continuing as normal.  

We are in regular contact with all our couriers and are finding that they are experiencing exceptionally high service demand, which is leading to intermittent delays with delivery.  At this time, we would like to therefore, recommend that you view our stated delivery timescales as a guideline rather than a guarantee.  We would very much appreciate your patience with any experienced delay as this is very much beyond our control.  If you do experience any delivery issue, please contact our team and they will do their utmost to help.

Please note, that in order to comply with Government advice, we have temporarily suspended our Pickup Service and all orders will be delivered by courier. Standard, 2 Working Day, Express, Next Working Day and Saturday delivery options are available.

Depending on the parcel size and weight, your order will be dispatched via DPD, Royal Mail, Yodel, Parcelforce, UK Mail or TNT and may require a signature upon delivery.

Terms and Conditions

Before returning goods, please message our Customer Service Team to advise of any issue. This will provide us with the opportunity to diagnose and resolve any concerns, possibly without the need to return the item.

Please sign parcels that are damaged as 'damaged', or where the number of items does not correspond with the consignment note, as ‘short delivery’. Please ensure that the actions above are followed before signing, as we cannot rectify mistakes once the delivery has been signed for. Please report any carrier related damages or short falls within 3 working days as we can not be held responsible for any damages or loss reported outside this period.

You as the customer, have the right to cancel or return your product within 14 working days from receipt, without providing a reason. This is subject to the product being returned unused and with its original packaging. The customer has a statutory duty to take reasonable care of an item while in their possession, and is responsible for safe return of the product and any costs incurred.

Please note that we can not cancel orders after they have been dispatched. In this case, if goods are refused and returned, the postage cost will not be refunded and an administration fee may be applied.
