This Ruche Velvet fascinator is ideal for evening events, or winter weddings, or less traditional daytime weddings and events. Embedded with Crystal beading and adorned with curled pheasant feather and birdcage veil, this is a small fascinator but with lots of impact and sparkle.
Comes in a variety of colours, such as black, red, pewter, green, blue and purple.
Held with millinery elastic, one size fits all.
