This design is personalised - please enter the details of your embroidery very carefully. You will be sent a photograph of the paper templates pinned to the veil which will require your approval before stitching. Please allow up to 2-3 weeks to receive the proof which will require your approval within 7 days.

Always gift wrapped: Rebecca Anne veils are lovingly wrapped in acid-free tissue and sent in a branded box to safely store your heirloom veil after the wedding.
Personalised veils have up to a 30 day lead time but, as soon as they are ready, they are posted via Royal Mail 'Special Delivery' which is tracked, insured and will need to be signed for.
Returns
You have 28 days, from receipt of cancellable goods, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: goods that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements, perishable products and personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken are non-refundable, unless faulty.
