All guests must pre-book a date and time.Full payment must be made at the time of booking.Late or early arrival will be accommodated as best as possible although entry cannot be guaranteed. Arrivals after stated last entry time will not be allowed entrance.R Chocolate London reserves the right to vary prices and timings without prior notice, in addition to this we reserve the right to alter, close or withdraw attractions within the experiences without notice.Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.R Chocolate London reserves the right to refuse admission.Tickets purchased are non-refundable and the date is non transferable after 48 hours before the event.Smoking is prohibited on our premises.R Chocolate London shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage that may arise from the use of any of the information contained in any of the materials.Private Events – Prompt arrival is necessary to ensure the smooth running of your tutored tasting. Please aim to arrive 15 minutes before the commencement of your tasting. Groups and individuals arriving more than 15 minutes late are subject to cancellation. An increase to guests numbers must be advised a minimum of 48 hours prior to commencement of the event.Corporate Events – Minimum number of guests is 8. Payment is required for minimum numbers (8) to confirm the booking. Final numbers must be confirmed one week prior to the event and you will be invoiced for the remaining balance. No refunds will be made if guest numbers fall below 8.Please note R Chocolate London events are not sales-orientated. Guests will always be informed where they can purchase what they taste if they so wish, but the objective of the event is enjoyment and education, and never sales.

Delivery of products to you1.R Chocolate London will deliver the products ordered by you to the address you give us for delivery at the time you make your order. It is, however, your responsibility to provide us with accurate delivery address details. We will not check or verify addresses and messages supplied by you.2 You will become the owner of the products you have ordered when they have been delivered to you or at the point of collection from store. Once products have been delivered to you they will be held at your own risk and we will not be liable for their loss or destruction.3 Under the 2003 Licensing Act it is an offence to purchase or attempt to purchase alcoholic liquor if you are under the age of 18. We will not sell or deliver alcohol to anyone who is, or appears to be, under the age of 18. By placing an order for alcohol you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and we reserve the right not to deliver if we are unsure of this.4 Free Delivery offer is not valid in conjunction with any other offer. Offer can only be redeemed with a valid offer code. Free Delivery applies to one address per order for standard delivery. Code is valid for one order per customer.5 Delivery of your goods is Monday to Saturday 9am – 5pm. We do not deliver on Sunday and bank holidays.

Our Products and Nuts1 Many of our products do not contain nuts, however they are made in the same environment as products that do. Therefore we cannot guarantee they will be free from traces of tree nuts and peanuts.

Disclaimer1 Our chocolates are handmade so sizes will occasionally vary.2 We will always try to satisfy your order but our chocolate are fresh and made in small batches, therefore we cannot guarantee a particular product will always be available.

Cancellation1 Orders may be cancelled if the product has not been dispatched. We will notify you via e-mail when your goods have been dispatched after this time we cannot accept cancellation.2 The Right of withdrawal of 8 days does not apply to contracts for the supply of perishable food goods including chocolate.

Cancellation by us1 We reserve the right to cancel the contract between us if:1.1 We have insufficient stock to deliver the products you have ordered. If this is the case, we will contact you to advise of an availability date or to offer you a substitute product;1.2 We do not deliver to your area; or1.3 One or more of the products you ordered was listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error.2 If we do cancel your contract we will notify you by email and will re-credit to your account any sum deducted by us from your credit card as soon as possible but in any event within 30 days of your order. If you are a business or corporate purchaser but have not paid by credit card you will be refunded by cheque as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your order. We will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment suffered
