Proper Copper Design is a leading design studio for innovative, handmade-to-order interior products.

From idea conception to production, we specialise in developing minimal designs that compliment the modern home, celebrating both the aesthetic and functional qualities of industrial materials such as copper and brass.

We take pride in producing high quality, original pieces, and our product range demonstrates the diversity of our craftsmanship and design skills. From quirky gifts to minimalist handles, we are continually developing upon our range of products.

We welcome bespoke requests. If you can envisage a variant of an existing design, or have an idea for something different entirely, we will gladly work with you to produce a design that is truly original.

Sustainable future.

We are proud to be part of the sustainable evolution for luxury copper interiors.

Sustainability:

Copper today, is the most used and reused of our "modern" metals, and it is estimated that 12% of the

worlds copper resources have been mined throughout history. Nearly all of that is still in circulation,

because copper's recycling rate is higher than that of any other engineering metal.

We pride ourselves on only using 100% Genuine Copper and Brass sourced here in the UK. Ensuring that

coppers natural antimicrobial properties are present.

Recyclable:

Copper is an infinitely recyclable material, once mined, copper can be recycled over and over with no loss of properties.

Eco Packaging:

We have made a small but important change, we now use 100% recyclable packaging.

Plant a Tree:

We are proud to be partnering with One Tree Planted, a non-profit organisation focused on global reforestation.

For every single product / service we sell, we donate a percentage of the money to plant trees in the Amazon

Rainforest.

Lead times are individually specified on product listings, as these vary slightly between products.

Natural Copper Finish: Between 5-7 working days.

Satin Lacquered and bulk orders: Between 1-2 weeks.

LEAD TIMES

All of our products are handcrafted and made to order in our Brighton workshop. We aim to have all of our products crafted, packed and dispatched to you within 5-7 working days for a Natural Copper Finish. Satin Lacquered Finish, and bulk orders will be slightly longer between 1-2 weeks.

A variety of our products that we stock may specify different lead times, these can be viewed on the individual product listings.

Bespoke orders - lead times will be confirmed with you by a member of our team when finalising your order. Please provide us with your project target date if applicable and we will do everything we can to meet your time frame.

If you would like an update with your order progress at anytime, please do not hesitate to contact our friendly team.

If you require an EXPRESS SERVICE please message us with full details of your order, and we will do everything we can to help meet your time-frame.

SHIPPING TIMES

Shipping times vary by delivery address. For delivery within the UK, it can take between 1-3 working days from dispatch.

For delivery to Europe, it can take between 3-6 working days from dispatch. For delivery to other international countries, it can take between 3-10 working days from dispatch. Bank holidays, national holidays and peak seasonal shipping periods will result in longer delivery times.

COUNTRIES TO WHICH WE DELIVER

We are able to ship to most countries; shipping cost can be calculated from the basket page or during the checkout process. If no shipping cost can be calculated, please email us with the details of your order and we will manually calculate the shipping cost for you.

For customers outside the EU, all prices are exclusive of any local taxes and import duties which may be due. Please note that you may be required to pay any such taxes and duties before the authority releases your goods to you.
