Use this service to add an additional charm to an existing Posh Totty Designs piece of jewellery you already own. For example, if you have a three-ring Russian ring necklace and would like to add an extra ring, use this service.

Please check the personalisation character limit by finding your piece on our website.

Our jewellers will match the plating and size of your charm based on your current design.

If your necklace is mixed metal finish, you will need to select Mixed metal in the metal type options and let us know in the comments box the color you want for the

If you have a Family Name necklace or similar, please let us know in the comments box if you would like a smaller or larger charm added.

This is an alteration service to add a charm to an existing product.

You will usually receive your item back after 4 weeks

How Does It Work

2. Pack your item up with your name and order number.

3. Send Your item to us using a recorded delivery service to:

4. We will contact you when we have received your item.

5. When we have finished you will receive an email with a tracking link as it is returned to you.

If you would like to have your Posh Totty Designs jewellery restored to its former sparkling glory then this service will do just that. Return your Posh Totty Designs jewellery to us and we will repolish your item with a high shine, and have the black polish re/applied to enhance the clarity of the personalisation. If your gold plating is also seeing the effects of continued wear, we can re-inject the warmth of gold by re-gold plating in either yellow or rose 18ct gold. We also offer the option of extra rings. This service is just for Sterling Silver items. We will happily quote for solid gold items but please contact us for a quote.
