Otis Jaxon use only exceptionally high quality sterling silver, 18 carat gold and fresh water pearls in our designs. We have for many years worked with the same small team of craftspeople who are directly employed by our company and all of whom we know on first name terms.

Otis Jaxon Limited aims to despatch all orders the day of receipt. Packages over £30 for UK delivery are sent via Royal Mail insured Special Delivery, and usually arrive before 1pm the following day, Monday to Friday. Orders under £30 are sent via Royal Mail insured Recorded Delivery which takes 2-3 days. All packages need to be signed for at the time of receipt. We are able to track all packages inside the UK.
All our products automatically come beautifully gift wrapped in our own specially designed pouches, boxes and bags. A gift tag with a simple message of up to 20 words is available free of charge. The cost of delivery includes packaging and insurance.
Returns
You have 28 days, from receipt of cancellable goods, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: goods that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements, perishable products and personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken are non-refundable, unless faulty.
