Unenthused by the lack of imaginative personalised gifts, founder Gemma Lewis set out to create intriguing designs that could evoke the importance and sentimentality of an occasion. From engagements and weddings, to birthdays and anniversaries each piece is designed to capture that moment to cherish always.

Our Products
Delivery
All items across Ormolu London range are "special order" this means they are bespoke, personalised or made to order items. As such, we advise all customers to take into consideration the duration of production time to include estimated delivery lead times. Whilst we endeavour to deliver your order as soon as possible, we ask all customers to bare this in mind when placing an order.
Production lead times vary across each product type so we advise that customers study product descriptions for specific production times. For all products "made to order" please allow 4-6 weeks for production before the item will be dispatched.
All order are dispatched via Royal Mail, Special Recorded Delivery. A signature will be required upon delivery.

Contract
No contract will exist between you and Ormolu London Ltd for the sale of any product unless and until Ormolu London Ltd has accepted your order via the Not-On-The-Highstreet website. For further information, please see the Not-On-The-Highstreet's website Terms & Conditions.
Intellectual Property
Ormolu London Ltd and all of its products are the sole property of Ormolu London Ltd and are, as such, fully protected by the appropriate international copyright and other intellectual property rights laws.
Returns, Refunds & Losses
Where a product is found to be faulty, and has not been worn, the item can be refunded or replaced. Your original postage costs will not be refunded unless the item you received was sent in error or is faulty (providing we are notified of faults within 14 days of receipt).
Shipping charges are non refundable. The customer owns full responsibility of the item until it is received and accepted on return to Ormolu London Ltd. Please note that Ormolu London Ltd cannot refund postage and packaging charges, nor will we refund any sales tax or duties payable on orders outside of the EU.
The item is your responsibility until it reaches us therefore we cannot accept responsibility for any items lost or stolen in transit. Any item returned after the given time period will only be refunded at our discretion.
Product Representation and Photography
Whilst we endeavour to represent all products as correctly and as closely to the end finish as possible, due to the handmade nature of the product and natural gemstones, some variations may occur per item.
Bespoke and Engraved items
Any products purchased that have been altered specifically for the client either in their appearance or design from what was originally stated on the website are non-returnable/non-refundable. All bespoke items are non-refundable.
