About us
O'Donnell Moonshine the great taste of rebellious spirit.
During their studies in 2014 August Ullrich and Philip Morsink established a small start-up in their living room in Berlin, Germany. “It was an organic compound of our two loves schnapps and America,” says Philip. Two years later, the student’s room has become a 5-person team and O’Donnell Moonshine is now not only sold to a few friends, but throughout Europe.
The idea for this venture started during August first trip to the US. Hearing the exciting stories of the MoonShiners fascinated him. “In the US, this is everywhere and whilst here in Europe most people have heard of Moonshine, few have tasted it” says August. On his return to Germany work began, recipe were developed and quality distillers who could produce our moonshine with the care it deserved were located. In 2017, O'Donnell Moonshine expanded internationally, opening it's UK office headed up by childhood friends Hugo and Alex.

Conclusion of contract
By clicking the button “Place Order”, you place a binding order of the goods contained in the shopping basket. The confirmation of the receipt of the order follows immediately after the sending of the order and does not constitute a contract acceptance. We can accept your order by sending an order confirmation by e-mail or by delivery of the goods within five days.
The contract language is English. The contract text is stored by us and sent to the buyer within the scope of the order confirmation. You can print and save the terms and the shopping cart as part of the print function of your browser.
Prices
All prices are quoted as (gross) single prices. The prices are inclusive of the respective legal VAT. This is stated separately on the invoice.
Shipping
Adding to the price of the goods is a flat rate of packaging and shipping costs in the amount of: 3,90 £
Delivery
The shipping comes in 1 to 24-bottle cartons.
Our deliveries are currently being carried out by Hermes to the indicated delivery address. If a delivery address is not specified, delivery is made to the invoice address. The delivery time is at most one week.
If the transport company return the goods to the return address (ie: Returns the goods to the sender) since delivery was not possible at the customer address, the customer bears the costs for the unsuccessful dispatch. This shall not apply if, by refusing acceptance, the customer exercises his right of return if he is not responsible for the circumstance which led to the impossibility of service or if he was temporarily prevented from accepting the offered service.
Packing units
Unless otherwise stated, the ordered bottles are shipped in cartons (containers) that can hold up to 24 bottles.
Retention of title
The delivered goods remain the property of O’Donnell Moonshine Ltd until complete payment.
Payment
The payment of the goods is made by purchase on the account of stripe, credit card, immediate transfer or PayPal. When paying by credit card, we charge the invoice amount when we accept the order.
Youth Protection Act
In line with the Licensing act of 2003 we do not sell spirits, to young people under the age of 18. The buyer expressly confirms with the delivery of the order that he has the required age according to the Youth Protection Act. In case of doubt, we reserve the right to request proof of age upon delivery of the product.
Liability for transport damage
In principle, the risk of accidental loss and accidental deterioration of the sold goods passes to the customer with the handover to the customer or a person authorized to receive the goods. If the customer acts as an entrepreneur, the risk of accidental loss and accidental deterioration in the case of the purchase sale will be transferred to the appropriate transport person with the delivery of the goods at the place of business of the seller.
