Making meaningful jewellery for magical moments, hand crafted with love.
I'm fascinated with the symbolism and significance of jewellery and it's ability to celebrate and connect people for as long as it has been in existence. From ancient carved stone beads, to intricately worked metal, so much of jewellery throughout history has been about human connection and love.
Working mainly with sterling silver every order is hand crafted by me with love and care in my small garden workshop filled with traditional tools, the best hammer collection (which I'm quite proud of) as well as a couple of modern whizzy things.
I trained at Birmingham’s School of Jewellery (it's a beautiful building if you wanted a look) and graduated with a BA honours.
I have a real reverence for nature and the natural world. I love spending time outdoors, and our beautiful dog really gets us out enjoying life, I love yoga and it's teachings, and find happiness in loved ones and life's simple pleasures. I hope this translates in my work. You can read a little more about the eco credentials and sustainability in my business below.
I purchase the silver to make the charms from a UK supplier specialising in precious metals. Between 70% and 80% of the standard sterling silver they supply is made up of recycled silver and they have a continuing focus on sustainable business practice and environmental impact.
The pieces I make are made to order and designed so that with a little care can be worn and enjoyed for a lifetime.
The beautiful soft grey quality card gift boxes your jewellery or gift will be presented in are uk made and recyclable.
Your order will be sent in environmentally-friendly Jiffy Bags® made with 100% recycled paper fibre lining and are fully recyclable, biodegradable, and compostable and also re-usable a few times.
I try to keep waste to a minimum and recycle as much as possible.
There is of course room for improvement but I will continue to be conscious and committed.
