Welcome to Ms Cocoa!
After many years of office work, I felt it was the right time for a career change. I studied Patisserie and Confectionery at the University of West London. Through this course I fell in love with making chocolate and trained to become a professional chocolatier.
I made the decision to dive in at the deep end and set up a small artisanal chocolate company!
I use some of the finest organic couverture, such as Original Beans – a company founded on a passion for making fine chocolate from rare cacao varieties, and a demonstrable leader in innovative sustainable solutions (for every bag of couverture they sell, they plant or preserve 20 trees). I’m committed to using fresh, natural ingredients in all my chocolates and use locally sourced ingredients wherever possible.
I have always loved chocolate and I’m passionate about creating delicious chocolates for you to enjoy and to bring a smile to your face.
Orders will not be dispatched on a Friday or over the weekend to avoid your chocolates sitting in storage. If you would like your order to be delivered on a particular day, please contact us and we will do our best to help you.
