We advise to be in for your chosen delivery date. If no one is in, the package will be handed to a neighbour. Failing that, delivery will be left in a safe place. This is because all our products contain fresh produce & cannot be couriered back to us. We are not responsible for the product once left in a safe place or with a neighbour.

You have 28 days, from receipt of cancellable goods, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
