Miss Bespoke Papercuts was founded in 2014 by myself, Aimee Richards, a former lingerie designer turned paper cut and watercolour illustrator.

My style is typically British - quirky and romantic with cheeky, humorous tendencies, and she has a passion to create to products that make you laugh, fall in love or cry with joy.

Each piece is lovingly designed by hand from the watercolour and pencil illustrations which have been scanned in to create a digital print, to the letters which originate from my paper cut alphabet typography. All paper cut text is hand finished with my scalpel and all prints are hand checked to make sure they are vibrant and ready to show off on your walls.

I loves trends and this hawks back to my childhood when I would play with my fashion wheel to create looks based on 90's pop idols and vintage movie stars. After leaving the world of fashion for motherhood, I began to look to combine my love of illustration and trends and began paper cutting to balance my creativeness with mindfulness. From here a life-long love affair with my pencil, watercolour paints and scalpel began.

All of my work is created in the seaside city of Portsmouth, on a vintage postal bureau in my dining room, which I share with my husband and three little boys.
