Lucy says I do is a small design studio based in London, creating stationery for customers across the world.

Inspired by her love of print, pattern and paper, Lucy started the brand in 2012 with an emphasis on thoughtful design, playful pattern and illustration. Lucy has been creating beautiful paper goods, social stationery and wedding stationery with the help of her little team ever since.

All of our paper and material products are printed in the UK and assembled and finished by hand to ensure they are of the highest quality. We use FSC-certified paper stock and environmentally responsible printers and we use recycled materials wherever possible.

Delivery

Delivery on personalised wedding stationery within the UK is free and is sent via one day delivery (within the UK) using a tracked and signed for service.

International Delivery charges are based on country and weight.

The Process for personalised designs:

Timescales: Typical turnaround time is 2-4 weeks

Place your order. Choose your design, add your chosen items to your basket and submit the text details you would like included on your design.

Electronic proof. When the Lucy says I do studio has received all the required information to create your design, a member of the team will message you though an electronic proof of your design within 3 working days. If you would like to make any further changes, we provide a second pdf proof free of charge. Additional changes will need to be charged at £25 each. Please allow 3 working days for any changes to the first pdf proof.

Printing and Shipping. Once you have approved your proof, your design will be printed and dispatched within 10 working days.

Terms and Conditions

For personalised designs you can make up to 2 free revisions to your design (original proof plus 1 change), after these revisions will be charged at £25 each.

You are responsible for the proof reading of all text and copy in the pdf proofs supplied. We strongly recommend that you print your pdf proof in order to view it at the correct size. We will not begin print production until we have received written sign-off from you referencing the correct proof to proceed with.

Printing/colour variations

Printed colours will always differ very slightly to those seen on screen. If unsure about a colour printers proofs are also available on request.

Ageing

Lucy says I do accepts no responsibility for the effect of age and general wear and tear on products and materials used.

All designs and illustrations are the copyright and property of Lucy says I do. Neither you, nor a third party may copy any part of the design or reproduce it without permission from Lucy says I do.
